Paprika & Chilli Tzatkiki

This is a super simple Tzatziki that you can serve with almost anything. I love to have this on flat breads with Lamb Gyros especially.
Ingredients
Paprika & Chilli Tzatkiki
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Finely diced Cucumber
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- Pinch Smoked Paprika
- Pinch Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
Tzatkiki
- 1
Yogurt-
In a serving bowl add Yogurt.
Garlic-
Add minced Garlic and diced cucumber. Stir through.
Oil-
Drizzle oil all over and season with Spices.
