Rocky Road is a classic treat that is full of texture. Soft pillows of marshmallow, chewy sticky raspberry lollies and crunchy peanuts. This super simple recipe requires little effort for maximum reward!. Yes, Rocky Road is very simple to make but it does still require balance. For me the perfect ratio is key to make your rocky road recipe stand out of the crowd. Everyone will keep coming back for more with this awesome full proof recipe.
