Ingredients
Tomato Sauce
- 240 grams Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Clove Minced Garlic
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Toppings
- 2 Pita Bread (flat bread)
- 1 Sliced Mushroom, whatever mushroom you like. I used large swiss.
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 50 Grams Greek Feta Cheese
- Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
- Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
- Pinch Dried Chilli Flakes, optional
Instructions
Cheats Pizza (Vegetarian)

PREHEAT OVEN-
Preheat oven to 180c/ 350f
SAUCE-
Add tomato sauce, herbs and garlic into a small bowl and mix. Set Aside
CHOP-
Chop tomatoes and slice Mushrooms. Place Pita bread on chopping board
SMOOTH SAUCE-
Using a spoon add sauce to pita and leave roughly 2cm of crust
TOPPINGS-
Add tomatoes and mushroom leave some space in between for other ingredients.
Add baby spinach in between and then crumble feta on top
DRIZZLE-
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil all over pizza
COOK-
Place on middle over rack( no oven dish) and Cook for 10 minutes or until edges are golden and feta is slightly brown.
FINISHING TOUCHES-
Remove from oven and sprinkle dried chilli flakes on top and drizzle olive oil

Notes
Pita Bread-
You can use any sort of wrap bread for this recipe. I love this Lebanese Pita bread (pictured) i buy from the local grocery. I do think thicker styles of flat breads give a better texture.
Cook time-
Just use best judgement on this one. Really depending on how hot your oven gets will effect the timing. Look for dark brown edges and slightly golden feta.
